Nimete Progonati (1929–1944), participant of the Anti-Fascist National Liberation War, People’s Heroine, was killed in the war against the German Nazis, in Sinjë of Dibra. She was born in Luzat of Tepelena, in 1929. Before turning fourteen, she volunteered in the V Assault Brigade and participated in many battles that the brigade fought.
