He was born in Kor\u00e7a, where he finished high school. He completed his higher studies in theology and philosophy in Istanbul. He returned as a mufti to Kor\u00e7a and took care of the opening of a secondary school, where he also taught. We find him as a representative in the Congress of Manastir (1909) and in the Congress of Elbasan (1908), where the fate of Albanian culture and education was decided.
