It was directed by the Arb\u00ebresh Anselmo Lorecchio. The newspaper contains rich material on the history of Albania, memoranda and protests of Albanians submitted to the Great Powers for the protection of national rights, correspondence from Albania, announcements about the events of the time. He published the Italian translation of Marin Barleti&#8217;s work &#8220;History of Skanderbeg&#8217;s life and work&#8221;, of Sami Frash\u00ebri&#8217;s work &#8220;Albania what was, what is and what will become&#8221;.
