He was ordained a priest in Saluco of Cuneo (Italy) on March 12, 1921. He was a parish priest in Dard\u00eb (1923\u20131925), Shllak (1925\u20131930), again in Dardh\u00eb (Kor\u00e7\u00eb, 1930\u20131932), Koman (Shkod\u00ebr, 1932\u20131942), Dush (Kosova, 1942-1943) and finally in Nara\u00e7 (Shkod\u00ebr) from where he also served in Ka\u00e7e and Shelqet. He was arrested in Nara\u00e7 and imprisoned in Shkod\u00ebr on December 8, 1946.
