He was the rector of the Albanian Seminary of Palermo and one of the most worthy followers of the academic activity of Gjergj Guxeta. He is known as the author of a work of 600 pages remaining in manuscript, where in 12 chapters he scientifically argues, relying on linguistic and historical facts, the identity of Albanians and their Illyrian origin.
