By decision no. 609, dated October 31, 1946, the Military Court of Tirana declared him an &#8220;enemy of the people&#8221; and &#8220;saboteur of power&#8221; and sentenced him to 15 years of imprisonment, confiscation of movable and immovable property, as well as the loss of civil rights for a time period equal with the time of punishment.
