Studied theology at the College of Pescia (Pescia, Italy). He was ordained a priest in Torricchio of Pescia, on June 29, 1936. He was a parish priest in Curraj i Ep\u00ebrm (1937\u20131939), Berish\u00eb (1939\u20131943) and Raj\u00eb (1943\u20131946), in the area of Tropoja. He was arrested in Raj\u00eb, on October 9, 1946. He was imprisoned in Sh\u00ebn Gjergj of Dukagjin and then in Shkod\u00ebr. On January 18, 1947, he was sentenced to death by hanging.
