The <\/span>M<\/span>inistry of Education of Albania issued a circular, which required all schools in the country to sing the Anthe<\/span>m<\/span> of the Flag before the start of classes. The circular required the perfor<\/span>m<\/span>ance of this rite seriously, staying true to the text and grades. The patriotic song <\/span><\/span>“<\/span>Rreth<\/span> fla<\/span>m<\/span>urit<\/span> të<\/span> përbashkuar<\/span>” (“Around our flag we stand united”)<\/span><\/span>, with text written by <\/span>Asdreni<\/span> in 1912, in Bucharest, beca<\/span>m<\/span>e the national anthe<\/span>m<\/span> of Albania with the Declaration of Independence on Nove<\/span>m<\/span>ber 28, 1912. The <\/span>Korça<\/span> choral group first learned the anthe<\/span>m<\/span>, which was sung in Vlora <\/span>on the occasion of<\/span> the Declaration of Independence. Today, the content, score and use of the Albanian National Anthe<\/span>m<\/span> are <\/span>deter<\/span>m<\/span>ined<\/span> by law no. 8926, dated 22.07.2002. <\/span><\/span>(In the photo: Albanian National Anthe<\/em><\/span>m<\/span>)<\/span><\/em><\/span> <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
