Monsignor Mjeda, born in Shkod\u00ebr, on March 6, 1869, in addition to his tireless clerical activity, was also noted for his patriotism expressed through the establishment of the &#8220;Agimi&#8221; literary society, which took over the publication of school textbooks of the time.
