In the years 1904\u20131908 he completed a school for teachers in Klagenfurt (Austria). He was a participant of the Congress of Manastir (1909) and an active member of the Northern Highlands Uprising Committee (1909\u20131912); fought with arms in hand, founded patriotic societies and clubs, directed several organs, such as &#8220;Shqip\u00ebtari&#8221; (Istanbul, 1909-1910), &#8220;Shqypnija e re&#8221; (Shkod\u00ebr, 1913-1914), &#8220;Agimi&#8221; (Shkod\u00ebr, 1919), etc. ., being distinguished by the propaganda activity in favor of the national issue and the progress of the country.
