He was ordained a priest on June 30, 1915. He was a teacher; parish priest in Raj\u00eb-Mertur, Biz\u00eb, Shal\u00eb, Prekal, Bushkash, Vuk\u00ebl and Lezh\u00eb. He was arrested and imprisoned in Lezha on October 13, 1946, in the assembly turned into a prison. Without trial and without sentence, he died due to torture in 1947.
