Attended the Albanian Pontifical Seminary of Shkodra. He was ordained a priest in Shkod\u00ebr, on May 29, 1915. He was a parish priest in the province of Mirdita: Ndreffane and G\u00ebziq. From 1946, he was parish priest of Kallmet in Zadrima, where he stayed until the end. He was arrested in Kallmet and imprisoned in Lezh\u00eb in April 1949. He died in prison during torture in 1949.
