He was born in Gur\u00ebz (Lezh\u00eb) in 1891. He was ordained a priest in Shkod\u00ebr on April 24, 1916. Parishioner of Shkreli and Re\u00e7i (Shkod\u00ebr), as well as Mazrrek (Tirana). He was arrested in Bog\u00eb (Shkod\u00ebr) and imprisoned in Koplik, on July 27, 1948.
