He was born in Kosovo, in 1893. He was ordained a priest on June 30, 1915. He was a teacher and parish priest in Raje-Mertur, Bize, Shale, Prekal, Bushkash, Vuk&euml;l, and Lezh&euml;. He was arrested and imprisoned in Lezha on October 13, 1946, in the assembly and turned into a prison. Without trial and without punishment, he died due to torture in 1947.
