Nallbani was part of the first group of students to graduated from the newly established High Institute of Arts in Tirana. This new generation of artists graduated in Albania and, with their creativity, created a new spirit in the conception and strengthening of the historical picture and the one with a contemporary Albanian theme.With their creativity, this new generation of artists brought a new spirit to the conception and strengthening of historical and contemporary Albanian-themed painting. During the years 1965&ndash;1990, he actively participated with his works in national exhibitions and competitions.
