In Shkodra, the Arb\u00ebresh-Albanian Dictionary by Kol\u00eb Kamsi was published. Kol\u00eb Kamsi’s dictionary is the work of a lifetime. It was published under the auspices of the scientific sector of Albanology at the “Luigj Gurakuqi” University in Shkodra. Kol\u00eb Kamsi (1886\u20131960) is a well-known name in Albanian philology, especially in Arb\u00ebresh studies. The author was a student at the College of St. Adrian in San Demetrio Corone (Italian: San Demetrio Corone) from 1904 to 1907. There, his love for the Arb\u00ebresh world was awakened. Throughout his life, Arb\u00ebresh literature remained his unwavering focus of work. To make this literature more accessible to Albanian students with its high artistic and patriotic values, he conceived the idea of \u200b\u200bcompiling an Arb\u00ebresh-Albanian dictionary. Kol\u00eb Kamsi was a national education activist, and his dictionary is a linguistic work and in the service of education. It is addressed to literature teachers and students to help them overcome linguistic difficulties in understanding Arb\u00ebresh writers.
