She joined the ranks of the Communist Youth in 1942 and helped organize and mobilize the youth of the city of Fier in the Anti-Fascist National Liberation War. At the beginning of 1943, she was accepted as a member of the Albanian Communist Party. She distinguished herself as an agitator of the ideas of the Anti-Fascist National Liberation War. Participated as squad commander in the battles of the IV battalion of the XVI Assault Brigade.
