He was born in Gjilan (Kosovo). A long-suffering laborer, he responded to the call of the Albanian Communist Party and became a partisan in the Kurveleshi detachment (1942) and was appointed commander in the &#8220;Hajredin Tremishti&#8221; detachment (1943). Member of the Albanian Communist Party in October 1942. Propagandized the Anti-Fascist National Liberation War in Tepelena, Gjirokastra, Delvina province. With the formation of the 1st Assault Brigade, he was appointed deputy battalion commander (1943) and later commander of the V battalion (1944). He participated as a delegate in the P\u00ebrmet Congress (1944).
