Inva Mula, soprano singer, was born in Tirana. Daughter of a family of singers (Nina and Avni Mula). She studied singing at the Higher Institute of Arts (1986). In the years 1988-1992 she worked as a soloist at the Opera and Ballet Theatre; since 1992 she continues his artistic career abroad. At the “Madame Butterfly” Opera Festival in Barcelona (1992) he won the Grand Prix; in 1993, she affirmed himself by touring the stages of Europe and the United States of America with tenor Placido Domingo. Since then, her artistic activity extended to many stages of the most important theaters in the world (La Scala in Milan, Amphitheater of Verona, Metropolitan in New York, etc.), realizing collaborations with famous singers and conductors. Inva Mula has performed with high vocal and stage qualities a very rich operatic repertoire, receiving special evaluations from music critics. The main roles she performed are: Violeta (“Traviata”, Verdi), Cio-Cio-san (“Madame Butterfly” by Puccini), Xhilda (“Rigoleto”, Verdi). Inva Mula won the first prize in the competition of lyrical voices “Tefta Tashko” (Kor\u00e7\u00eb, 1987) and in the international competition of operatic voices “Placido Domingo” (Paris) and the special prize “Sk\u00ebnderbeu” (Geneva, 1998).
