It was founded and directed by Kost\u00eb \u00c7ekrezi. It continued until September 1928: first twice a week, then three and four times a week. 165 numbers were published. The newspaper &#8220;Telegraph&#8221; was noted for its varied topics and issues, for its variety of forms of journalistic coverage, being evaluated as &#8220;the modern newspaper of Albania&#8221;.
