He was born in Blinisht, Zadrima, in 1906. He studied at the Albanian Pontifical Seminary in Shkodra, while he studied philosophy and theology in Chieri, Italy. He was ordained a priest in Chieri on July 15, 1938. Teacher of Latin, Greek and Albanian, philosophy and mathematics. He was the director of the &#8220;Lajm\u00ebtari i Zemr\u00ebs s\u00eb Krishtit&#8221; (\u201cThe messenger of the heart of Christ\u201d)magazine. He was arrested on December 31, 1945 and sentenced on February 22, 1946.
