He graduated in philosophy and theology in Rome. He served as a priest in Shkodra, Koman, Hajmel, etc. He was arrested in 1946 and cruelly tortured for two years by the State Security, leading to his death by electroshock. By a decision of the Military Court of Shkodra dated January 8, 1948, he was sentenced to death on charges of &#8220;political crimes&#8221;, along with 16 other clerics.
