He was born in the village of Hallaq i Vog\u00ebl in Lipjan in 1972. In 1990, he emigrated to Croatia, where he voluntarily joined the Croatian army. He also participated in the Bosnian war. In 1996, he emigrated to Germany. In May 1998, he returned to Kosovo, where he settled in the Dukagjin Operational Zone. He was a member of the Operational Zone Staff and deputy commander of Brigade 132 &#8220;<i>Myrt\u00eb Zeneli<\/i>&#8220;. He participated in many battles against the Serbian army and police, such as in Gllogjan, G\u00ebrgoc, etc. For four months (June-September 1998), he was the front-line commander in Prilep. In March 1999, he was appointed commander of Brigade 135 &#8220;<i>Agim Zeneli&#8221;,<\/i> a position he held until the liberation of the country. After the war, he was engaged in the Kosovo Protection Corps.
