In the neighborhood “Vranjevc” (today \u201cKodra e Trimave\u201d) in Prishtina, Nuhi Berisha, an activist of the illegal movement, was killed after fierce fighting. He was born in Svirc\u00eb of Kamenica (Kosova) in 1961. He completed primary school in his hometown and high school in Gjilan. As a high school student, he was involved in illegal activities. Meanwhile, he continued his studies at the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Physical Education in Prishtina. He participated actively in the 1981 demonstrations and took notes on the Prishtina demonstrations from March 26 to April 2. He developed the illegal activity within the framework of the organization \u201cL\u00ebvizja p\u00ebr Republik\u00ebn Shqiptare n\u00eb Jugosllavi\u201d. In February 1982, he immigrated to Switzerland, where he stayed until October of the same year. He returned to Kosova, to develop activity in complete illegality, together with Rexhep Mala. Nuhi Berisha also dealt with writings. In emigration, he published the work \u201cPranvera e luleve t\u00eb kuqe\u201d (\u201cThe spring of red flowers\u201d)<\/i>, in which he reflects the events of 1981 and \u201cMbi organizimin\u201d (\u201cOn organizaton\u201d) <\/i>where he gives ideas and suggestions about the organization of illegal activity. He also wrote poetry. On February 11, 2004, he was reburied in the National Martyrs’ Memorial Complex in Gjilan. (In the photo: Nuhi Berisha)<\/i><\/p>\n
