In her hometown, she completed her higher studies in economics at the University of Tirana. She practiced shooting in the 30+30 pistol competition at the &#8220;Partizani&#8221; sports club (1972-1984) under the direction of coach Rexh\u00eb Ndreu, and at the &#8220;Studenti&#8221; sports club (1992-2000). She was a member of the women&#8217;s national team (1976\u20131984) and coach of this team (1985\u20131991). She has broken the national record 5 times and has been national champion many times, she is the winner of two national spartakiades (1979, 1984). She has won several individual and team gold and silver medals in the Balkan Championships of 1982, 1984, 1992, 1996.
