At the congress, besides the Arb\u00ebresh, there were also representatives from Albanians residing in Romania and Austria, as well as friends of Albania from various countries. At the congress, it was decided to request the Italian government to open a branch of the Albanian language at the Oriental Institute of Naples and to officially recognize the Albanian language for Arb\u00ebresh residents.
