He was born in Krush\u00eb e Madhe, in 1999. He completed primary school in his hometown and high school of medicine in Prizren, while he started the Faculty of Medicine in Sarajevo and finished it in Prishtina (1983). For a long time, he worked as a general practitioner at Rahovec. In 1991, he specialized in gynecology and obstetrics in Rijeka, Croatia. During the 90s of the 20th century, after being dismissed from work, he engaged in humanitarian work. He also worked as a teacher at the high school of medicine &#8220;Dr. L. Motroni&#8221; in Prizren. During the war, he worked as a pediatrician, surgeon, internist, and medical technician, starting from Krush\u00eb e Madhe, A\u00e7areva, Likoci, Drenoci, and in many other zones in Rahovec and Malisheva.
