Andoni, participant of the Anti-Fascist National Liberation War, Hero of the People, died heroically in the battles against the German Nazis near Morin, on the Kukës-<\/span>Prizren<\/span> Llambro<\/span> road. He was born in Vuno of <\/span>Himara<\/span>, in 1920. Since 1942, he turned his farm into a base for the guerilla unit of the coast. As part of this unit, he <\/span>participated<\/span> in several actions against the invaders and their collaborators. Member of the Albanian Communist Party in April 1943. As a member of the battalion headquarters in the V Assault Brigade (1944) he distinguished himself <\/span>for his commanding skills, especially in combat operations in the Northern areas.
