During the battle in Gradin<\/span><\/span>ë<\/span><\/span> of<\/span> Shkabajve<\/span> (<\/span>Drenic<\/span><\/span>ë<\/span><\/span>, Kosovo), <\/span>Xhevë<\/span> Lladrovci<\/span> (Krasniqi), activist of the national issue, fighter of the Kosovo Liberation Army, <\/span>Heroine<\/span> of Kosovo, was killed. <\/span>Sh<\/span>e was born in <\/span>Drenoc<\/span>, <\/span>Malisheva<\/span>, in 1955. After high school, <\/span>s<\/span>he completed the Faculty of Law and studied Albanian language and literature at the University of Pristina. After h<\/span>er<\/span> studies, <\/span>s<\/span>he worked at <\/span>a<\/span> secondary school in <\/span>Kiev<\/span>. During illegal activity, after 1981, <\/span>s<\/span>he met Fehmi <\/span>Lladrovci<\/span>, with whom <\/span>s<\/span>he moved to Croatia in 1991. They were active participants in the Croatian war. In 1993, <\/span>s<\/span>he emigrated to Germany, where <\/span>s<\/span>he continued h<\/span>er<\/span> political activity in the framework of the Kosovo People’s Movement <\/span>(LPK). In 1977, together<\/span> with Fehmi, <\/span>s<\/span>he returned to Kosovo, contributing to the <\/span>massiveization<\/span> and consolidation of the Kosovo Liberation Army. She stood out for organizing actions and battles against the Serbian forces and became the first officer to lecture at the Kosovo Liberation Army officers’ school in Liko<\/span><\/span>c<\/span><\/span>, <\/span>Drenica<\/span>. On September 22, 1998, when the Serbian forces launched an offensive against the positions of the Kosovo Liberation Army throughout Kosovo, <\/span>Xhevë<\/span> Lladrovci<\/span>, together with Fehmi and other fighters of the 114th <\/span>Brigade, put up a determined resistance. After many hours of fighting, on the same day, <\/span>s<\/span>he fell in battle in the Gradin<\/span><\/span>ë<\/span><\/span> of <\/span>Shkabajve<\/span>. In 2008, the President of Kosovo decorated her with the “Heroine of Kosovo” order, while in 2015, the President of Albania decorated her with the title “Honour of the Nation” for special contributions in the fight for Kosovo’s independence. <\/span><\/span>(In the photo: <\/span>Xhve<\/span> Lladrovci<\/span>)<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
