He was born in Samrish, Daj\u00e7i, Buna Coast. At the height of the communist regime, he was prepared to become a priest privately by Archbishop Ernest \u00c7oba, who ordained him a priest on December 8, 1961, together with Dom Mikel Beltoj\u00eb. He was arrested and imprisoned in Shkod\u00ebr, on November 27, 1968. He was tried in Daj\u00e7. He was sentenced to death on March 20, 1969.
