He attended all the schools of the Friars Minor of Shkodra, he attended high school in Salzburg and Philosophy and Theology in Innsbruck, Austria. He was ordained a priest on August 2, 1918. He taught Albanian and Latin at the <i>Illyricum high school <\/i>of the Friars Minor. He worked in the parishes of Toplana, Pal\u00e7i, Shala, Bushkash, Plani and Rubik. He was arrested in Rubik and imprisoned in Shkod\u00ebr, on October 22, 1946.
