For thirty-six years he was high priest, precisely from October 16, 1793 until the last year of his death, in 1830. In 1825 he published the article entitled &#8220;Historical information on the origin and settlement of Albanians in the Second Kingdom As to whom, on their nature, language and ritual&#8221;.
