He attended the &#8220;Jordan Misja&#8221; Artistic High School (1993) and the University of Arts, Tirana (2012). He started exhibiting in 1995, participating in the &#8220;Tunel 95&#8221; (\u201cTunnel 95\u201d) exhibition (National Art Gallery, Tirana). In 2001, the painter Omeri studied at the College of Art &amp; Technology in Birmingham, United Kingdom. Omer has participated in various group exhibitions, such as in his hometown, in Elbasan and in Athens (2007). The artist Safet Omeri, in his creativity, uses a palette of harmonious colors. His works are permeated by a general calm light.
