Mirjana Deti, an actress, was born in Kor\u00e7\u00eb. In 1973, she graduated from the Higher Institute of Arts, Drama Department, defending her diploma with the role of Rita in the play “The White Age” by D. Agolli, directed by M. Luarasi. She worked at the “A. Z. \u00c7ajupi” theater in Kor\u00e7\u00eb for over 25 years (1973\u20131999). On stage, she played over 100 roles, most of them leading or protagonist roles, including: Eliza in “The Miser” (1978), Elmira in “Tartuffe” (1983) by Moli\u00e8re, Annie in “All My Sons” by A. Miller (1987), and Polina in “The Seagull” by A. P. Chekhov (2004). She also appeared in films such as “In the Beginning of Summer” (Italian woman, 1975), “The Slogans” (Mira, 2002), and others. Mirjana Deti was a favored actress in the Kor\u00e7\u00eb theater, often portraying women and girls in love, navigating between strong and dramatic emotions and, at times, sad and lyrical moods.
