During the battle in Jezerc (Ferizaj), Bashkim Vishi, a fighter of the Kosovo Liberation Army, a martyr, was killed. He was born in Dubrava, Kaçanik, in 1977. In May 1998, he joined the unit of the Kosovo Liberation Army in Kaçanik, in the Operative Zone of Nerodime. On August 4, 1998, Kaçanik’s units were deployed in Jezerc of Ferizaj. With his team, he participated in many military actions and battles. On September 26–28, 1998, Serbian forces launched an offensive against the Kosovo Liberation Army in Jezerc.
