In the village Dega of Tropoja, Fahri Ramadani, participant of the Anti-Fascist National Liberation War, Hero of the People, was killed fighting against the German Nazis. He was born in Shkodër. In the gymnasium of Shkodra, he connected with communist elements. Member of the communist group of Shkodra. He participated in various communist, anti-Zogist and anti-fascist activities. Member of the Albanian Communist Party immediately after its formation. Partisan in the first detachment of Shkodra (1943), in the battalion “Perlat Rexhepi” and “Bajram Curri” (1943). He helped in the organization of the war against the invaders in the Highlands of Shkodra and Tropoja. (In the photo: Fahri Ramadani)
