Was born in Krujë , son of former Prime Minister Mustafa Kruja (Merlika). By decision no. 609, dated October 31, 1946, the Military Court of Tirana declared him an “enemy of the people” and “saboteur of power” and sentenced him to 15 years of imprisonment, confiscation of movable and immovable property, as well as the loss of civil rights for a time period equal with the time of punishment.
