In the ancient city of Gjirokastra, the monument of Çerçiz Topulli, the work of the People’s Sculptor, Odhise Paskali, was inaugurated. The monument was erected with the help collected from the Albanian people and diaspora. Çerçiz Topulli was a patriot and activist of the National Renaissance, leader of the armed war of the gangs for the national liberation of the country, Hero of the People.
