Fran Mirakaj, martyr of the Catholic Church, was shot in Shkodër. He was born in Kodër Qurk of Iballa in Puka, in 1916. Married to Prenda Alija Kameri since October 1934. Farmer and merchant. He was arrested in Iballa and imprisoned in Shkodër, on December 24, 1945. He was sentenced to death on February 22, 1946. (In the photo: Fran Mirakaj)
