Elez Kadria, an actor, director, and honored artist, was born in Shkodër. In 1965, he began working at the ‘Migjeni’ theater in Shkodër, where he took on numerous roles in many successful premieres. Elez Kadria also appeared in 10 films, mostly in supporting roles. He was equally successful as a theater director in Shkodër, where he brought several projects to life. Among his most notable stagings was the drama “An Inspector Calls” by J.B. Priestley. Using an ironic and sarcastic technique combined with symbolic elements in the scenography, he conveyed messages and criticisms against hypocrisy, class differentiation, the suppression of vulnerable individuals, and the moral corruption of society.
