Enver Dobraj

In the Military Hospital in Maznika, Enver Dobraj, a fighter of the Kosovo Liberation Army, a martyr, passed away. He was born in Upper Carrabreg, in the municipality of Deçan 1968. After graduating from high school in Deçan, he enrolled in the University of Prishtina Technical Faculty. With the public appearance of the Kosovo Liberation Army, he was included in its ranks. In April 1998, he traveled to Albania with the first group of Carrabreg fighters, to receive weapons. Then, he fought on the front line in Carrabreg for four months. Later, he joined the ranks of Brigade 131 “Jusuf Gërvalla”, where he held a commanding position. Took part in the fighting from 9-18 January 1999 in Dashinoc and Upper Ratish. He also participated in the March 27 – April 2, 1999 battles held in Lumbardh and Pozhar. In the fighting in Dushinoc, on June 4th, 1999, he received serious wounds and then, in 1999, he died in the Military Hospital. (In the photo: Enver Dobraj)
