Lexo ngjarje:

Myslym Shyri, a communist militant and participant in the Anti-Fascist National Liberation War, was declared a Hero of the People after being killed in Fushë-Alie of Dibra. He was born in Tirana in 1916 and embraced communist ideas early in life, engaging in anti-Zogist and anti-fascist revolutionary activities. Until 1941, Shyri worked as a manual laborer in Italian companies and became known as a communist agitator among the workers. He was a member of the Albanian Communist Party from its founding and became one of the most active members of the guerrilla units in the capital. During his time in these units, he executed several assassinations and participated in numerous courageous actions. Later, he joined the Peza detachment as a partisan, serving as a political commissar in the Dumre detachment. Following the formation of the 1st Assault Brigade in 1943, Myslym Shyri took on the role of battalion commissar, further contributing to the anti-fascist struggle in Albania. His commitment to the cause and his bravery in combat solidified his legacy in Albanian history. (In the photo: Myslym Shyri)
