The weekly newspaper “Ku vemi” (“Where are we going?”) started publishing in Elbasan. This newspaper was directed by the democratic patriot Sali Ceka. The newspaper came out in a critical period of events in Albania. In it, the serious situation of Albania was reflected, the problems of the unification of the nation and the preservation of the independence of the Homeland, the disturbing situation dictated by the political-social and economic situation of the country, the bad economic situation in the countryside, etc. were addressed. Sali Ceka, of course, demonstrated in his writings his political point of view, open democratic tendency, progressive thinking of the time. (In the photo: Sali Ceka)
