Fahri Ramadani was born in Shkodër, participant of the Anti-Fascist National Liberation War, Hero of the People. In the gymnasium of Shkodra, he connected with communist elements. Member of the communist group of Shkodra. He participated in various communist, anti-Zogist and anti-fascist activities. Member of the Albanian Communist Party immediately after its formation. Partisan in the first detachment of Shkodra (1943), in the battalion “Perlat Rexhepi” and “Bajram Curri” (1943). Helped organize the war against the invaders in the Highlands of Shkodra and Tropoja. He was killed fighting against the German Nazis in the village of Dega, Tropojë, in 1944. (In the photo: Fahri Ramadani)
