Kastriot Muço, participant of the Anti-Fascist National Liberation War, Hero of the People, was killed in an area named “Qafa e Kiçokut” in the war against the German Nazis. He was born in Tragjas of Vlora, in 1923. He embraced communist ideas from the desks of the commercial school of Vlora. Organizer of anti-fascist demonstrations. A member of the Albanian Communist Party immediately after its establishment, he was elected organizational secretary of the Regional Committee of the Albanian Communist Party for Vlora (1942), political commissar of the “Rini” (“Youth”) detachment of the Vlora district (1943) and after a few months, deputy commissar of the “Halim Xhelo” battalion.
