In Tirana, the Temporary Executive Committee was established, a body consisting of 6 people and elected by a “National Committee”, which was assembled by order of the Nazi German invaders. He took over government affairs under the conditions of the Nazi occupation. The Chairman of the Temporary Executive Committee was Ibrahim Bicaku. His activity ended when the “National Assembly” formed the government of Rexhep Mitrovica in October 1943.
