During the war against the forces of the Serbian army and police, Kemajl Hetemi, a fighter of the Kosovo Liberation Army, a martyr, was killed. He was born in Ferizaj, in 1968. In July 1998, he became a member of the local headquarters of the Kosovo Liberation Army in Krojmir. That same month, he took part in the fighting against the Serbian forces near the village of Fushticë, while a few days later he took part in the fight for the defense of Zborci. In July 1998, with many other fellow fighters, he was included in the composition of the Operative Sub-Zone of Nerodime in Jezerc. By order of the command of this subzone, he was appointed deputy commander of the first point of the Kosovo Liberation Army in Jezerc.
