The Conference of Bujan was held in the tower of Sali Mani, in the village of Bujan in Gjakovë Highlands, serving as the founding meeting of the National Liberation Council for Kosovo and the Dukagjin Plain.
The first issue of the newspaper "Zëri i Rinisë" (1942–1996) was published. It was a political, social, cultural, and literary newspaper, the organ of the Central Committee of the Union of Labor Youth of Albania.
