Adem Boletini (1895–1943) was killed in Shkodër. Fighter of the liberation movement, career officer, third son of Isa Boletini. He was born in 1895. From the age of 16, he accompanied his father on the historic trip to Vlora. In Vienna, he began his studies at the military academy, which he completed in Modena, Italy. He served as a career soldier in Albania. He was commander and lecturer of the Military School of Officers in Tirana and Durrës. In April 1941, after the capitulation of Yugoslavia, he returned to Kosovo. Engaged in coordinating the fight of the volunteers led by the leaders of Shala of Bajgora, against the attacks of the Serbian forces on the northern border. He was killed in 1943, in an assassination attempt prepared by partisan guerillas in Shkodër. In 1946, the communist government of Albania imprisoned his wife, not even sparing his two sons. After the democratization of the country, he was decorated by the President of Albania with the Order “For Patriotic Activity” of the First Class. (In the photo: September of Isa Boletini, Shkodër)
